By purchasing products from Bewitchful Enchantress you are agreeing to these terms/disclaimers below:

• All orders will ship in 6 weeks. If there are any delays, Bewitchful Enchantress will be in contact with you for updates.
• Once your item has shipped Bewitchful Enchantress is not responsible for any carrier delays. If you have any questions about your order once it has shipped please reach out to your mail carrier or get in contact with us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
• Bewitchful Enchantress is not responsible for items that arrive broken. If items arrive broken you can file a claim through USPS.
• All candles are handmade so please be aware that no two candles will look alike. (example, color, vessel, toppings, exc)

Candle Disclaimer:

Know that you are agreeing to these terms by purchasing. Candle safety is very important and is taken seriously by Bewitchful Enchantress. Candles are dressed with herbs that can be flammable, please use the necessary precautions to prevent any fires please see "Candle Care Instructions" to keep everyone safe. Candles can be lit but also be used as decorative items. That being said, do not leave your candles unattended or burning longer than 2 hours at a time. Bewitchful Enchantress is not responsible for any candle vessels that break after receiving/ using the candle. If fire damages to occur because of our candle, Bewitchful Enchantress is not liable for said damages.
