Shipping policy

By purchasing products from Bewitchful Enchantress you are agreeing to these terms/disclaimers below:

• All orders will ship in 6 weeks. If there are any delays, Bewitchful Enchantress will be in contact with you for updates.
• Once your item has shipped Bewitchful Enchantress is not responsible for any carrier delays. If you have any questions about your order once it has shipped please reach out to your mail carrier or get in contact with us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
• Bewitchful Enchantress is not responsible for items that arrive broken. If items arrive broken you can file a claim through USPS.
• All candles are handmade so please be aware that no two candles will look alike. (example, color, vessel, toppings, exc)
